Tangentyere Council is a community controlled Public Benevolent Institution delivering human services and social enterprise activities for the benefit of Aboriginal people from the Town Camps and Central Australia.

First incorporated in 1979, the organisation was a finalist in the 2016 Reconciliation Australia, Indigenous Governance Awards and is one of the 15-20 biggest Aboriginal Corporations in Australia.

Quality Coordinator

Level: 7.1

Salary: 92,150 per annum/pro rata

Hours/Employment Status: 37.5 hours per week

This position will be reporting into the CHRO, the role of Quality Coordinator will be to guide and support the Board, executive and staff to create a consistently high quality and safe experience for our staff and those who use our services.

You will play a key role in providing quality services in line with program aims, funding guidelines and the vision and values of Tangentyere Council.

You will support the provision of quality, accreditation, risk and compliance management systems, develop and manage operational policies and procedures and work with internal and external stakeholders to enable client engagement and participation.

This position requires a satisfactory Police Check and Ochre Card.
