Tangentyere Council Aboriginal Corporation (TCAC) is a community controlled Public Benevolent Institution delivering human services and social enterprise activities for the benefit of Aboriginal people from the Alice Springs Town Camps, Urban Alice Springs and Central Australia.
The Employment and Retention Specialist is responsible for establishing professional stakeholder relationships with employers that result in sustainable employment opportunities and work experience placements.
The ERS will work closely with TES Employment and Activities Teams to identify job seekers to reverse-market and match vacancies. The position will be responsible for assisting job seekers to gain and maintain employment. The ERS will develop and implement strategies to overcome issues impacting on participation or employment.
This position requires a satisfactory Police Check and Ochre Card. Applications must address the Selection Criteria and include a Curriculum Vitae with nominated referees. A suitable applicant may be appointed prior to closing date.
