First incorporated in 1979, the organisation was a finalist in the 2016 Reconciliation Australia, Indigenous Governance Awards and is one of the 15-20 biggest Aboriginal Corporations in Australia.

CAYLUS Community Development Worker

Level: 4.1

Salary: 68,853 per annum/pro rata

Hours/Employment Status: Casual

This position will if necessary, travel to Alice Springs, then undergo quarantine/ self-isolation and prepare to work for community agencies in remote communities in the CAYLUS service area supporting them to implement programs for young people and families. The position will work for CAYLUS for the duration of any travel to the region and quarantine/ self-isolation. While in quarantine/ self-isolation the worker may be required to undertake a recruitment process for the agency that they will ultimately work for in a remote community.

This position requires a satisfactory Police Check and Ochre Card.
